my pln failed like perusauall
I went for an hour walk and that was about all the exersice I got :(
I now I shouldn't have made my day day at collage excuse but I did :(
why do I think it's ok to just eat like a pig an thunkbi won't pit weigt on but the fact is that I doo!!
intake for today:
pasta- very bad for my bloatedbelly :((
CAKE- :((((((((
choc bar time out- I now it's bad :(
because no more collage equals more time which means more exersie!!! :)
I wanna try the lemon diet but don't now if it works, anyone had experiances and now whethe it works or not please let me now xx

The MasterCleanse does work. I have never tried it but my best friend does it twice a year. It helps her body out so much because since it's a cleanse her skin looks better and she has more energy afterwards. She doesn't do more than 10 days though. I can't get away with doing that cleanse because my fiance is very against liquid diets. I'm stuck to restricting or fasting on days that he works nights.
ReplyDeletewhat I do in my case is I fast all day until dinner time then i have a salad or a small piece of fish and veggies.
