ryt yesterday and today have been awfulll !!
This morning I wanted to go for a jog befor collage but my alarm didn't go off :@
so I got up late so I couldn't exersice!!
thank god my exams finish tomorrow!
I can sweep these UGLYY FATT days under the carpet :)
tomorrow my WEIGHT LOSS begins :D
I'm planning on going for a jog and gym and fasting :D
hopefully this way I will lose weight and keep it off!!
If anyone can give me tips on how to make my self sick please let me now,
that is what I hate when I eat however hard I try I can't be sick I hate this :(
Anyway if any of you are doing any good plans on how to lose weight please let me now babes!
